Custom orthotics
Orthotics designed from a 3D scan of your foot and your biomechanical assessment, and 3D printed in an exclusive material that is elastic and hard-wearing.
Podoactiva custom orthotics are designed from the 3D scan of your foot and from the findings of your biomechanical assessment, and manufactured additively — 3D printed — in a material developed by the company: exclusive, elastic and hard-wearing.
They are not prescribed as a matter of course. The assessment comes first, and sometimes the problem is better addressed with stretching or exercise. When orthotics are the answer, the design is specific to you.
Every pair comes with a one-year guarantee, three reviews and any adjustments needed.
Fitting and follow-up
Your orthotics arrive at your Podoactiva unit within a few days and you are invited back to try them on. The podiatrist checks how they sit in your footwear and makes any adjustment on the spot. The reviews that follow are there to confirm that the orthotic is doing what the assessment intended.
What sets a Podoactiva orthotic apart
Made to the shape of your foot
Not a generic shell with a few adjustments. The design starts from a 3D scan of your own foot, held by the podiatrist in the position the assessment calls for.
A thickness for each zone
Our own software chooses a different thickness for each area of the orthotic and for each patient, instead of working with standard thicknesses. Manufacture is robotised and precise.
Thinner, and easier to wear
Less bulk means they fit in more of your shoes, and the exclusive material keeps its elastic memory: the orthotic returns to its original shape rather than flattening out.
